After many many years of serving your association Felix Cavallari will be stepping down. Please come and show your appreciation for all that he has done for the residents over the years. We will be selecting his replacement. Would you or someone you know like to be on the Board of Directors? If you have joined the HOA but not received your Membership Card please email or call Peter Counterman, Membership Chair. Please attend the meeting and bring a neighbor!!! 

 Why Be A Member Of The Association? You’re reading one reason. The Fairway Estates Lantern is delivered to every home FREE every three months. Members get discounts from local merchants like Buy one Papa John’s Pizza and get one FREE ( a saving of almost $15) – It Pays To Be A Member. General Meetings every three months where we keep you informed as to what is happening in our neighborhood and our city and surrounding areas.  It’s also a great social gathering where you can meet your neighbors and it’s FREE!!!

 Things To Remember: General Meeting Dates for the rest of the year: Monday, July 19th – Monday, October 18th.  DO NOT put your lawn clippings in the street-it’s against the law and it clogs the sewers that can contribute to flooding. PARKING: There is city wide “no parking on the street in residential neighborhoods”-please be courteous, tell your company and above all do NOT park on both sides restricting traffic flow and REMEMBER you could get a ticket!! SPEEDING: The speed limit is 25MPH-PLEASE be cautious with people walking, biking and jogging in the street. PLEASE clean up after your pet. DON”T LITTER  on your property, your neighbors or in the street. Keep our community beautiful and clean. SEAT BELTS: Click it or Ticket. RECYCLE: The city provides FREE recycling bins. Put your paper, card board, bottles, cans in the bin NOT in your garbage can. Recycle day in Fairway

Estates is every Wednesday. Place your garbage cans behind your hours when not in use. BRING your FLAGS and rechargeable batteries to the meeting for proper disposal as well as eye glasses and cell phones to be donated.

Awards are given monthly and are given to home owners who maintain or improve their property.
