Month, Keep you cars locked and garage doors closed along with
your doors locked, don't be an easy target for thieves as there
have been items stolen from unlocked cars and open garages.
PARKING: there is a city wide "no parking on the street" (this
includes lawns) - DO NOT park on the street let alone on both
sides restricting traffic flow. There have been numerous
complaints from residents and you could get an expensive ticket.
SPEEDING: the speed limit is 25 MPH, PLEASE be cautious with
people walking, biking and jogging in the streets. PETS: Most of
us love our pets but PLEASE clean up after your pet. DON'T
LITTER on your property, your neighbors or in the street or the
medians. Keep our community beautiful and clean. RECYCLE: the
city provided FREE recycling bins. Put your paper, card board,
bottles and cans in the bins NOT your garage can. Recycle day in
Fairway Estates is every Wednesday. Know Your Watering Days:
Homes with odd numbers Wednesday and Saturday, homes with even
numbers Thursday and Sunday. No watering between 10:00am &
4:00pm. Conserve water... it is a precious resource.
